What happens when the things we trust most begin to fail?

When Pharaoh asked, “Who is the LORD, that I should obey Him?”, God answered through the plagues of Egypt.

But the plagues weren't random disasters. Each one challenged the gods Egypt trusted for life, prosperity, protection, and healing—and revealed that there is no rival to the Lord.

We may not worship the gods of ancient Egypt, but our idols haven't disappeared. Money. Health. Success. Relationships. Approval. Control. Even good things can become false gods when we ask them to provide what only God can give.
